Sounds like you need to deposit more money!


Maybe you didnt meet the rollover requirements of their bonuses yet? Also, if you deposited using a credit card then you have to jump through a few hoops first with verification. Also, you probably have to wait maybe 14 days after depositing using a credit card

it's a software error

it doesn't even take you to a screen where you can withdraw money, its the screen for depositing with e-checks

and I don't see option for wire transfer or anything either
