Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott doesn’t expect to know until tomorrow whether he’s playing against the Vikings on Sunday Night Football. But the people with money riding on the game think Prescott will be sitting out.
The Cowboys opened as 2.5-point favorites over the Vikings, but now the Vikings are 2.5-point underdogs. That’s because bettors put big money on the Vikings as doubts emerged about whether Prescott will play through his calf injury.

It has to be Rush. He looked decent with the second team in pre season.

No sense in playing him until he's 100% or close to it; they're easily the best in that division and can afford to lose a few games. Their goal has to be to make sure he's healthy for the playoffs.

  Prescott, limited for Friday's practice, was reportedly sore after ramping up his practice activity the day prior. Even so, Cowboys owner Jerry Jones said "things are looking good right now" regarding Dak's status; coach Mike McCarthy had a different view, stating Prescott's outlook is about "more than just this game." Truly questionable for Sunday night, all Cowboys players would need to be downgraded significantly if Cooper Rush gets the nod in place of Prescott.

Per ESPN’s Ed Werder: While Dak Prescott said he anticipated a decision following today’s practice as to whether he or Cooper Rush starts vs. the Vikings, two sources now say it will be a game-time decision. “We are literally going to take it into tomorrow (night),” one source said.
