IDK Otters. Troy rushing game sucks so they have to win in the air and the rain will effect them as much as CCU.
Troy's rush D is stout so maybe they can keep it close with the D stopping CCU rush, and rain slowing CCU pass game.

But, then you have to ask yourself, will Troy score enough to cover.
