2 Questions:

When is the car/truck market going to get back to normal? I went into a dealer last week to buy a new Chevy Tahoe and they were not willing to negotiate and were charging $12k over MSRP using a market adjusted price. WTF???
Do the Ram trucks you have in stock have all the bells and whistles? I've been seeing some vehicles sold with some items missing due to chip shortages. For example the temp readout on the A/C knobs, etc...

1. We are NOT a dealer that raises our prices. Those dealers won't survive long term. If an idiot customer pays 10K over sticker that's on them, but that dealer won't ever get that customer back again for loyalty and then be buried in that vehicle they just purchased.

We aren't discounting like we used too and a lot are MSRP deals, but we are here to sell cars. Sure we are making some money, but we play the long game and it's about treating customers respectfully especially during these times.

I wouldn't project the market to get better for at least 2 years in the auto world

2. 95% of our trucks are volume trucks. Most popular packages and best lease programs. We have 2-3 top of the line models but almost all of them are the main volume trucks. RAM big horn models and for us in upstate NY we have the correct packages on them (heated seats, apple/google android car play, safety features) We have never stopped ordering cars for our inventory. We may order 100 cars and they may only approve 40 of them, but we order as many as possible every time we are allocated vehicles to order.

we have customers convert their RAM Promasters all the time. They convert to RV or campers, put beds in the back. Business owners add partitions or shelving racks on the sides or ladder racks on top. Side window panels, wrap with business lettering, ext

First off you have to buy the truck which is roughly 40-43K. Then you have to convert yourself. Probably have to insulate first

i'd say 80-100K when it's all said and done to convert if you do it the right way
