Man, I don't know. Cleveland teams seem cursed with injuries and covid. We just can't have nice things. I'd only jump if you can get a bigger number like +5000. It's a total crapshoot on teams being healthy in this league. You can't really cap that.

Clarkson was dead eye from distance.That team isn't the same without Gobert, but did you ever notice when he sits Royce plays like Bill Russell.Utah's my favorite team, Royce O'Neale frustrates me to no end.He plays like all universe one game and the next he turns into a hamburger.

When fully healthy, Utah is the best shooting team in the league. I put them up even Brooklyn. They put so much stress on defenses because they shoot so well. Royce needs to be more consistent but most nights and especially in the playoffs you only need a few minutes from him anyway. Utah, Phoenix or Warriors out West. I'm leaning Warriors as they will try to spin the Klay Thompson return. Warriors vs Brooklyn would be a ratings bonanza for the NBA.

Can you imagine Rondo riding the pine watching Westbrick lose games each night? Especially after they've had beef through the years. He couldn't wait to get the hell out of LA. They'll then cover 8 out of the next 10 (if healthy). You can do very well betting the Cavs in the right spots.

CLEVELAND -- The Cavaliers are bringing back former guard José Calderón as a special adviser in their front office, the team announced Friday.
Calderón played 14 seasons in the NBA, spending the 2017-18 campaign in Cleveland as the Cavs made their fourth straight trip to the Finals. The 40-year-old was with the Detroit Pistons in 2018-19.


With the Cavs, Calderón will assist Koby Altman, the team's newly named president of basketball operations.
"We are thrilled to add someone of José Calderón's background and experience to our front office," said Altman, who received a contract extension this week. "His accomplishments as a basketball player and familiarity with our organization will be invaluable.
"We look forward to his insights and perspective on how we can continue moving this team forward and enhancing our efforts towards sustainable and long-term success here in Cleveland."
The Cavs are 24-18 after winning just 22 games last season. They play in San Antonio on Friday.
Calderón averaged 8.9 points and 5.8 assists in 895 career games. He played on four Olympic teams for Spain, winning two silver medals and a bronze.

Chucky - I posted this play earlier. I have NBA league pass and try to catch shootarounds to see who's actually playing and who's not, so sometimes I'll change a bet by tip off. I've hammered a few games just by watching shootarounds and seeing who has the most Gleaguers. lol. You also get to see games without commercials and can get a good feel what's really going on in the arena, plus some of the halftime shows are great. That alone pays for league pass. I love it.

The Cavs have to first stop Shai G-A and make sure they close out on Dort, Muscala and I'm not sure who guards Giddey, who is really playing well as a rookie. The Thunder are really small up front. I expect Allen, Mobley and Markannen to feast. We will pretty much know early if the real Thunder shows up or if they are hitting a groove on offense. The Cavs defense has been leaking oil imo, not closing out to shooters and not moving their feet. They are uncharacteristically fouling more and giving up more points in the paint. Not good.

If the Thunder start slow, then this could be a blowout win for the Cavs.
