FSU didn't exactly "crush" UNC but they did play a good game. UNC outgained them and had 27 first downs but couldn't score. Typical UNC.

Normally a fugger would be worried that Clem would come out flat playing an inferior team. But Clem is hungry for a good game. The dropped passes against Pitt & lack of production...Clem needs this game.

Clemson up 24-20 , FSU tried the lateral BS til they hurled in backwards. Clemson defender grabs at the 2 yd line and falls in for a TD . 30-20 , luckily got -9 today .
Unbelievable, lost yrs ago on Ohio State game , something similar. That cost me the loss , threw the remote, bounced off the coffee table, went straight thru the TV screen.

My bad beat was when BYU was trying an onside kick down 5, with a line PSU -6, and PSU ran the onsides kick back for a TD. Been 30 yrs but never quite gotten over that one.
