Bob Baffert can enter horses in the Breeders' Cup next month at Del Mar, but the event's all-time money-leading trainer has to meet certain conditions, including stricter out-of-competition testing of his horses and greater security at his barn.

Owners are nuts to have their star runners with Baffert with all that's going on. One issue and bye bye even if it not their horse. Plenty of other trainers in So. Cal that are worthy.

I think what is most significant is his horses cannot run for Kentucky Derby points. That is a huge deterrent for owners with their best 2 and 3 yo horses. Adding to his suspension from the Derby until 2023 if I am not mistaken.
