What are you talking about scam? You can say that about any site that comes up, There 100000% would be demand for it, you would be handicapping other people instead of the books, Without a doubt there would be a market for that, And you would keep track of each players record over time and how much they won etc. Its basically like Derbywars & Horsetourneys but for sports bettors instead of horse racing, they aren't betting into the pools they are betting against one another, Horsetourneys is HUGE and there is a way way way bigger market for sports betting than horses.
