Most lose its true. Takes a lot of trial and error figuring out how to gamble the right way. For me, it was learning from big losses. The days where you made 35k only to lose it all drunk later that night chasing that first new loss. It’s all about bankroll management and enjoying the entertainment value. It’s a lot of fun to cap games and watch them later. I’ve gambled on so many games in my life that it’s know hard to enjoy them without action. Doing it as your sole profession is way too stressful. You better have a shitload of savings and live a frugal lifestyle. Even pros don’t consistently win year after year. You could be the best there is for 9 out of 10 years, but just one bad year can destroy it all if you didn’t stash enough acorns in the tree for the winter. 90% of those poker pros you saw win millions are now broke or have been and had to rebuild. Use your head guys. Bet responsibly if possible. Enjoy life.

Depends on what you mean by gambling. I think you can make a nice profit if you start smaller and work it up. All you need is a small run and you can do some serious damage. I am strictly talking about sportsbetting. A decent bonus helps when i do it. I do not start with over $500 . And do not deposit every day. A lot of deposits were between $250-$400 . I think if you start with a larger amount its easier to blow if you get frustrated.

My downfall over the years has been the casino. I have gotten way better then i have in the past a bunch are blocked forever. If i could go back and reverse something i did it would be to never have gone in there after i had won a large bet sportsbetting. All the money i lost in the casinos i could have bought a house and i am not even exaggerating . I have had a couple stumbles but overall compared to years past i have cut back in there probably a good 70% and that helps. Overall i am proud of myself i told myself going into this year i will try and not go in casino if i pass a certain amount and overall i have done that and finally got on a run the last 2 months and did some damage cashing out Sportsbetting.
