I've looked a bunch a times and simply can't find it. If true it is pretty unacceptable. My biggest fear is Draft Kings will come into Massachusetts and drive Bookmaker out which would be AN ABSOLUTE TRAVESTY. Unless states vary a lot, they absolutely do offer first 5 inning wagers. And prior to the Kambi>SBT change, they did impose some limits, but much better since the change. Payouts quick and easy. Again, there may be state-by-state differences.
