Why did army line move 6 points up?

I was looking at ball State+10 but left it. I figured they would win or get blown out. The line went from-4.5 to-10.

Was 21-0 after 1
Now 21-14
Thinking army comes back and wins in 2H.. Thoughts?

army beat themselves into a 0-21 hole

then with it 14-21 at half and getting ball first in 3rd they have gone back to beating themselves every possession
