Do they have a rule yet about a 5'11 point guard accidentally bumping into a 6'8, 250 lb man and that man acting like he got knocked back into the 2nd row of the crowd? Because that would be useful too

He'll be fine. I'm surprised it took the league this long to address the issue, everyone and their mom was doing it.. Dame Dolla made a living off of going over screens and then slamming on the brakes to initiate contact. He'll be fine too, these guys are plenty talented but they had discovered a "hack" and were exploiting it unabated until now (hopefully).

Well, if they are about to be fouled (which implies that the foul is intentional), would you rather they get 3 foul shots, or two shots and the ball?

they didnt even address anything... all of those examples were obvious, off fouls no calls or def fouls for whatever reason im assuming they were not called since they are using them as examples. if they are asking refs to judge what an "abnormal angle" is then no one has to change just guys like luka who are forcing a draw in contact, in that example. guys who bait you into contact like lillard just keep it moving.

2 things here

1) NBA players been walking with no calls since the 1980's problem is the fans love to see them slam from the foul line or further

2) forgot my other point see #1!! Its 1 of the reason I don't watch more games
