    Pinnacle customer service response time?
    It has been 15 hours and no response, is this normal?

            Try contacting them via twitter...I usually do that first then email. You don't wana send them too many emails; for some reason they don't like that...

                No response on Twitter either unless I have their wrong page. There hasn’t been a post in a long time and no activity. I don’t know what to do. I have an issue I need help with.

                      It took them about 15mins to correct my NCST moneyline winner last night. They had the final score Clemson 21-14. My account was about $150 short, then I saw that game was the issue. Corrected score to NCST 27-21
