This guy over there sounds like a big headed loser. I never played there it seeing people are actually playing there right only because of the bonus he said I created a account there last year and was denied because of security reason which is a lie I just signed up to look around. Never ask to to deposit there once are talk to someone about depositing there so the guy lies on top of it which is a huge flag big time. I been doing this for 15 years never been denied at all anywhere. So this guy just told me sorry you can’t deposit with us now because a year ago you tried and security reason you can’t lol. I writing this because I hate peoples like that just hung up the phone no reason to what the security reason was are anything. Act like he the only site only reason people are even depositing now is because of the bonus. I can’t wait for off shore books to go down like this one which we all know is going to happen 2-3 year in most all state I live in flordia so mine is sooner. Degenerate guy going to lose 75% of his customers then he won’t big so big headed and lie and hang up on people. Who treats people like that not no book I have played at and again I been doing this forever I get 30 emails a day from books telling me to sign up so there no security issue. Prob just dont want to give bonuses out no more because there getting slammed there absolutely no other reason I can see. Anyways huge red flag they might pay but when shit start turning legal everywhere that’s the kind of person that will run away with your shit. I like heritage quite a bit and am currently playing with them but I can say the only real issue I ever had with them was years ago I was told I couldn’t access my account unless I made a deposit. I had an account transferred to them from the Greek and deposited there maybe twice in a couple years. Well I was trying to take a look and see if I wanted to revisit them and couldn’t log in, had a phone call with kind of a dick who ended the conversation with “look we don’t have a problem here, but we’re not a line service, and call me back when you’re ready to make a deposit.” It honestly did piss me off, because like the op said, who tf does that, like did you seriously think I was trying to use my account so I could beat your line somewhere else? You can look at anyone’s lines anywhere without an account for the most part, that whole thing was so bizarre to me. Now I didn’t have a security reason that they wouldn’t let me redeposit with them but I do sympathize with half of this guy’s frustrations. This was probably 6 or 7 years ago though, I’ve since forgiven them and also given them tons of money so I haven’t had any problems logging back in. GREAT OUT

I gave them the reference number after I signed up again because at first I was told I had no account. So again gave the reference number after sign up and he came back and that’s what happing. So yes I would love to know why but sorry I can’t provide something I never even made it too.

I’m a heritage fan. The one complaint I have is some of their customer service people really suck. But they payout any amount and that works for me.
