wisconsin one of the best run d's in the country. notre dame running game has been awful and they have lost the line of scrimmage to start the season. they will be relying almost solely on the passing game to move the ball. i don't know if wisconsin can score enough to cover...but i think 5.5 is more than fair to notre dame.
