When I lived near Philly, the wife and I would go to a show at least once a year in town or up in NYC. Wicked was on our list of shows to see but we ended up moving to the Gulf Coast two years ago and they don't have that kind of culture down here in redneck land. Heard nothing but good things about it, give it a shot!

I saw it in New York back when it was OK to go to New York.

Its a good play, my only complaint is in the casting. For all of the characters known as munchkins, they have regular sized people playing them. A total killer of continuity if you ask me. I'm not sure how the traveling cast is arranged, but I figure I saw it in New York which is one of the premier places to see a play so if they can't find midgets to play the munchkins there where will they ever find the personnel to properly cast this play?

Saw it in high school years ago. If you liked The Wizard of Oz as a kid, you'll like Wicked.

Also saw Jersey Boys with my dad in Vegas when it was at Palazzo a number of years ago. That I will go see again without hesitation. They're supposed to do a 1 week show in Chicago this Spring, so may go then.

                      Never liked plays.

Some oyster woman who directed plays at my school practically begged me to be in one my senior year. It’s mostly liberals in these things anyways.

Stage Plays are for fags. If you are into that stuff you need to wear a mini skirt and dress in drag. Boring. I saw The Nutcracker once, after it was over I called it the Ball Breaker.

I have to be honest. I saw the nutcracker once. Took my wife to Pittsburgh for her birthday. That is not a play FWIW, its a ballet. After a couple minutes I said when are they going to talk. I remember being loaded with alcohol which I guess they serve to get you through it and giving a homeless guy 20 bucks after it ended. So it was an experience.

That’s the play from south park where it was subliminally making the women blow their man right after it🤣
