Franklin can win a national title at USC. He is the only guy they have available that can. He is not going to win one at Penn State. He is a climber so he will probably take the job. He will win at least 9 games every year. It's a no brainer both ways. The only question is whether or not USC is going to offer the dough to get him.

Franklin is basically the Barack Obama of football coaches. He blends into any culture.

It is real simple. If Franklin loses to Ohio State, he may s well pack it up and make the move, if he is offered the job. If he beats them, then he should stick around. This is nothing new. He is always mentioned when discussing potential coaching openings.

From what I read, he has not denied the rumors. I think that hurts the future of Penn State. We shall see. Long Money will likely decide.

psu needs a qb clifford is cringe, hit or miss. I never feel comfortable in close games with him and they are in a lot of close games. tons of stalled drives, defense is bend but dont break kinda. defense is overhyped early in the season after wisky game in which wisky qb threw horrible balls right to psu defenders and somehow psu has everyone talking about their defense

USC's problems start way above the coach. They don't fix that it won't matter who they bring in.

They can have him! USC must of liked what they seen when Franklin gave them the Rose Bowl in 2017 being outscored 17-0 in the 4th. Nothing new with Franklin teams look like best in Country 1st 3 quarters and don't know how to win in the 4th q. Never been a fan.

How about some of those 4th Q plays today. Please take him anyone. Forget the 4th down fake punt call and lets go right to the 2nd and goal from the 2 yrd line in a 1 pt game. Lets have a tight end line up at QB and snap the ball. Makes zero sense. You have a great running QB you are fooling no one and you are in a one pt game on the 2 fvcking yrd line. Luckily they didn't f\*\*k it up and at least gave it to Cain on 3rd down for the TD.
