Either the stewards will call it a racing incident or they will blame Verstappen. I'd be ok with a 3 or 5 place grid penalty for Verstappen in Russia or letting the incident go. Stewards are supposed to judge incidents by driver/team actions. They can't, (or at least shouldn't), penalise by incident outcome. The comparative incident is Britain where Hamilton put his car into Verstappen's way in Turn 1 when he wasn't level in the breaking zone. Verstappen crashed in that incident. Hamilton was given an in-race penalty but he still won.Comment
