I have had many winning NFL and NCAAF seasons but I prefer to do weekly threads simply because I hate long season-long threads

Come on now. That is ridiculous. Let's just say each season long thread picked 100 picks and were pure coin flips, so many are bound to be up just from randomness. You don't have to look further than the BTP contest to see that year in an year out, a portion of the posters are in the black at the end.
