Yeah that call completely disregards the spirit of the rule which is to protect players. An incidental tap to the back of someone's helmet is not endangering anyone's health. It's just a ref with an itchy trigger finger.

nah it's OSU with a brand new 19 yr old QB... they can easily lose with 1 more fake flag against them
