Hard to say if Wisky defense is actually this good or if the PSU play calling is just that damn bad. I am thinking a little of both. Downs 1 & 2 play calling is just terrible. The whole hurry up thing is just plain stupid if you can't get a 1st down or at least positive yards on 1st down.
