True story.

About 20 years ago I used to live in the East Village.
About six blocks down is a major recording studio (this is around where CBGB's used to be)

My gf at the time and I were walking past the studio and out comes Keith.
My gf nudges me with her elbow and says to me "Holy shit, that's Keith Richards"
I look across the street and sure as shit, it's Keith.

Believe me when I tell you this, his complexion was gray.
His face had this gray complexion.
