I absolutely love booze, I'm as healthy as an ox, and I drink a lot more than most people.

I still get up, work, eat paleo, go to the gym five times a week, and drink at least five times a week.

I have Scottish heritage though so my liver and kidneys aren't going bad, and despite 25 years of heavy drinking, my test just came back flawless. I was actually a little bit surprised. My doctor was wondering why I was so surprised lol

Here's the difference. If you drink heavy beer, don't exercise, and are obese, and live a sedentary lifestyle, and add smoking in that as well, then yes it can be a problem.

A massively underrated factor for probably a lot of guys on here is getting married, the stress of that and ex-wife's, the stress of children, the stress of the shitty job because America.

If you rid yourself of most of those things it's not an issue.
