I'll use digital odds to illustrate:
2.25 x 2.05 x 2.45 x $150= $1695.10 - $150 = $1545.09

Adjusted price of +145 (2.45 x 0.5) = 1.225 which is -444 in US odds.

so:
2.25 x 2.05 x 1.225 x $150 = $847.55
847.55 - $150 = $697.55

A $150 bet would have returned $847.546875. The winnings on the bet were $697.546875. The book has paid $697.55 which is correct.
