Had my big toe amputated a month ago. Everything is healed and I am 100% cleared to start physical activity again. Had an A1C of 10.5. I have 3 months to get that baby down. Not going to lose any more body parts.

Xigduo. It has Metformin in it, but it makes you pee more sugars out. Was also getting a shot of bydureon once a week, but the doctor made me stop it today. I've been having allergic reactions to it. My bottom lip swelled so big last night that I could have been the logo of the Rolling Stones.

Doctor's giving me 3 months to get it down. If I don't get it down, then I'm probably going to insulin. I started walking again today. Walked the aisles of Walmart for a total of 4 miles. Podiatrist told me my foot has healed well enough where I can start shooting a basketball again.
