1) Pretty good. But you over-rate it. Good, but pricy.
2) I don't wait in line. U have an hour to wait? Go at off-hours, so u don't have to wait.
3) Service is on/off there. Depends on who u get.

Joe, my recollection is that the rooms didn't change much. I think the renovations were on the casino side. Also, the new pool area is awesome.

Doubt it he was just in East St. Louis and posting video sitting in the $45 cheap seats at Busch. If he had money he woulda been in the $250 seats and gambling at river, star or at least lumiere. The last I checked a few days ago for the Dover Downs Hotel and Casino sportsbook: They still do not allow any seating in their (fairly large) sportsbook, plus limited hours and no food/beverage service in there either. A few other restaurants inside the building are open.
About a month ago I saw where table minimums were $25 and you had to get on a list to play. What a joke!!

All this is from online reading. I have not been in person.
