Yes, some people lost their sense of smell and some had lung damage. These are rare. Same happens with the flu every year. I think in 2019, 80,000 Americans died of the flu.
So what is the standard now? Every time there's a coronavirus death, the government forces you to close your business? Force you to take another vaccine or else? Or what if you got the next coronavirus and were one of the 99.8% who survived it with a few sniffles and 2 days at home with Netflix? Now your have the natural antibodies and the government says you still must inject medicine you don't need?

1. Many businesses got financial help and a lot of it during the shutdown.
2. Those employees were compensated during the time
3. It was a new virus that had learning curves. When they wanted to flatten the curve they thought people would obey. They didn’t. Beaches and spring break was pretty much rampant so not sure if lockdown was strict enough because of the idiocy of some.
4. 610k died in US, 4.2 million worldwide. Seems more than a sniffle. If you can write off that many people that’s sick.
5. The cdc has said that you should still get the vaccine if you had covid because it is more effective against mutations of covid rather than antibodies.
