I assume they are saying if a client posts shit on SBR and posts anything from their site.. ie chats and bet tickets. This is #1 in their T&C update, I might be in shit already just for posting this

You are permitted to open one (1) Account only. Only one account is allowed per shared computer. Opening multiple accounts is not permitted. Should we have reasonable suspicions that any customer(s) has opened multiple accounts with us, we reserve the right to freeze that customer’s accounts or close the accounts, informing the account holder that it will be closed. If monies are held on the account, including original deposits these funds will be transferred to a charity nominated by the Gambling Supervision Commission. Customers shall also be liable to us for damages and costs incurred as a result of any fraud.

Im Canuck so I can use then and utilize Interac e-transfer. But their e-transfer processor is fukin Gigadat. Those fuks hold withdraws hostage. Took me a week to get my withdraw from MuchWorse.. they blamed Gigadat, then Gigadat blamed Interac. the delay sure as shit was NOT INTERAC ISSUE. Sent and received interac transfers that week all processed in minutes.


In Ilse of Man is it the GAMBLING or GOVERNING Supervision Commission??? Do any of these sites utilize legal consultants??

5Dimes was my go to book back in the day. BUT, a few years ago they charged me $50 service/admin fee for a mistake they made. WTF? I had nothing to do with their mistake but they said I had to pay it. I went all the way up the chain and got a big fukk you. I ended up at several other books, not as good as 5dimes but on principal. Just a couple of months ago, I got a check from them for money I had left over in the account (several hundreds of dollars) since they were exiting the US. I got to give them props to send the money. I didn't expect that.

That provision does not have anything to do with posting stuff about 5Dimes on a message board. It says you cannot sell any content you provide on "the web site" which would presumably apply to an affiliate deal or something and your having posted stuff on behalf of 5Dimes.
