If the deal is completed, the return for the Nationals is expected to include the top two Dodgers prospects: C Keibert Ruiz (No. 41 on MLB Pipeline's Top 100), RHP Josiah Gray (No. 42) and two mid-range prospects, according to a report from MLB Network Insider Ken Rosenthal.

Baseball becoming the NBA. Super teams being built. I mean how do the Dodgers have anymore money to spend? They have bought up every top player that hits the market in the NL every year and some how they still have money to get more?

It’s a joke it’s not even competitive Dodgers just buy championships And you’re smart enough to know it only involves great pitchers

Is there going to be a year you don't say that? I mean they have bought up the league for the past 5 years and have one title to show for it.

Bauer is basically done forever - Max will fill that void nicely, unfortunately...

Probably until Kershaw retires. But Dodgers keep getting stronger, it's my prophecy

Dodgers have a lot of fighting and jealously in the locker room.
This will hinder their chances.

You think Kershaw will resign with Dodgers? He will probably ask for 5/6 year and $30mil a year contract. He is currently 33 years old.
Also, Scherzer's contract ends after this year. Think they will resign him?
