It's all day ..............but yes, if you wait until 9pm they sometimes reduce the two chickens for $10 to a mere $3.99 because they been sitting for long hours.
I'm usually in bed before 8pm, so cannot take advantage of this great deal.

Just last evening the city imposed ALL EMPLOYEES must wear masks..............no mask required as of now for patrons if vaccinated(or unvaccinated for that matter).
