Mass shooters in the inner cities are black, Mass shooters outside the concrete jungles usually are white and are better shots and take out dozens of people.

This shooting is in the gray area for stereotyping race.. No massive casualties and it wasn't taken place in the ghetto. This shooting could done by a Mexican or Asian then..

I would always love to catch videos of BLM rallies in big cities last year. The crowd is yelling at cops and holding signs all about defunding police. In almost every circumstance you would eventually hear gun shots and then immediately one of these geniuses would yell out call 9-1-1. You can't get any dumber than these people.
