This team nothing compared to dream or redeem team. That redeem team had D Wade coming off the bench 1-2 years after he won a championship averaging like 36 a game in the finals.

This team has Jason Tatum and Brad Beal starting lol.

It's all gonna come down to KD and Lillard. Everyone else on this team wouldn't even sniff the redeem team squad.

I’m not saying they weren’t you dumb shit, I’m saying this isn’t the olympics so there is no reason why the US wouldn’t necessarily be playing teams who didn’t make the Olympics.

Nigeria and Australia are not good teams. They would lose to Gonzaga or Baylor.

USA may not medal this year. The team is very poor. They can't fix the game in 2 weeks.

This team looks flawed to me. Durant and Dame Dollar are your best players??? 2 guys known for choking? Draymond on the floor in crunch time and he's afraid to shoot the damn ball? You're playing 4 on 5 with him out there. The team is too small. No one can protect the paint against opposing players. This roster looks very imbalanced towards shooters and not enough guys that can drive and make plays and definitely not enough guys that can play defense. I don't see this team medaling, let alone winning gold. They are going to get every teams best shot. Is Middleton and Booker going to make that much of a difference? I'd rather have Lopez than Love btw. Another roster mistake. Popovich looks like a very average coach the last few years. Mike Brown coached circles around him coaching the Nigerian team.

Having pride in your country ( or, getting to have pride in your culture) helps a lot. Not only is the latter a fundamental ingredient for a healthy society, but the former really helps when you are in a team sport playing for your country.

That’s completely incorrect, the Australian team is very good and should have won the fina championship last year. Nigeria has 8 NBA players.

Neither team is on the US’s level, but they are good teams.

Don’t bother arguing with him, he’s as dumb as you get. Australia is one of the top teams in the world and they are very physical team, international rules allow for much more physical play as well.

Obviously you're clueless about basketball outside of the USA. Nigeria and Australia would beat Gonzaga and Baylor by 20 or more.

Yeah Nigeria has 8 NBA players on their team so they're no slouch even though Team USA should have beat them. Same with Austrailia who has several notable NBA players or former NBA players on their team. I definitely would take either of them against a good College team.
