well versed in hooliganism here having spent a few years in the UK. but again, this was not an English vs. Italian fan fight. this was primarily English ticketed people who were already inside of the Wembley concourse trying to prevent gatecrashers from storming into the concourse, most of the gatecrashers being local Englishmen in fact.

that's where the confusion lies by just watching the video without having the proper context. and i'm an Azzurri supporter for what it's worth.
