Just went back and watched Connor/Cowboy just now. They fought at 170, but I don't think Conor gets much bigger then that on fight night. He still looked so much thicker then last Sat night. I bet Dustin was close to 175 when the bell rang? Conor is doing something wrong? Maybe overtraining? I bet he wasn't much over 165 on Sat. I remember how small Bisping looked when he fought Henderson the first time. He overtrained.

Its hard for me to believe how much CM declined as a fighter. Eddie Alvarez is no joke and CM beat him like a parent vs a 8 year old. Alvarez beat Justin, Chandler, and RDA. He was no joke. Conor actually looked pretty damn good against Khabib considering he hadn't been in the cage for 2 years. Dustin is a good and not great fighter. He's very hittable, so I think its more that Conor declined then DP suddenly turned into this monster.

-1000 freddy jerks it to old Conor fights. Dustin is good not great? You're fukkin delusional. He put a beating on your queer Irishman 2x and Max Holloway and only lost to the GOAT Khabib in what, 6 years? Sorry your hero is washed up but you're more brain damaged than he is

The game passed him by. The top lightweights in the division improved and evolved between 2017 and now. Conor did not. He had a nice run of incredible results and good matchups and struck while the iron was hot. He can still beat maybe 6-15 on any given night, but his top 5 days are over. All of those guys up there currently beat him badly 80-90% of the time. In terms of his size, his frame is not large. He has a skinny waist and the rest of his body is very thinly built. He's a tweener for 145 and 155. As he's gotten older making 145 is probably out of the question, but he's a pretty small 155er when comparing to the top guys there.

Dustin is horrible for, yes, but he's also a penetrating animal and doesn't mind being hit. Hes not gonna cave from a few of Conors shots anymore. The whole top 5 in that division could take Conors best shot and survive. His power isn't there at 155 the way it was 5+ years ago at 145. I think a lot of people are just ignorant to the fact that he is just not the same guy anymore. They can't fathom how someone who successfully called his shots and predicted exact outcomes multiple times can possibly have the results now. Regardless of what he sells you on the mic in press conferences or interviews, or on social media, he's 33 years old on his way to being a billionaire. The guy that's stuck in your mind is the 27 year old hungry lion still obsessed with the game and taking it over. The guy you see now is a satisfied bull who can't humanly possess the same motivation and hunger any longer as he pulls up to fight week on a mega yacht sipping pineapple juice in his underwear.

Conor wasn't getting knocked out by those baby shots from Poirier on the ground! The hardcores like Dana White knows it's 1-1-1.

                    I don't think so. Conor's leg didn't break on it's own.

The kick misses the elbow. (Shown here):

At the post fight press Dustin Poirier said it was a leg kick that did the damage.

Also when exactly did I say CM was a hero? These dumb phuck kids today? Riddled with ADD so badly they can't read 2 paragraphs!

CM scaled to greater heights then DP has ever been. Thats a given. He held 2 titles at the same time! I'll give you DP is great if he beats Charles, but CM holding 2 titles is a better accomplishment.

You make good points, but if winning wasn't that important to CM then he wouldn't have went apeshit on Dustin like he did. His legacy is important to him. You're right though....the game obviously passed him by. That guy that toyed with Eddie Alvarez was great though! That guy had power/precision at 155 and would've finished DP imo. He just screwed around too much in these last 4-5 years though. Covid didn't help either. He needed to be active moreso then DP

Dustin lost to Johnson like 5 years ago. In that time he has improved as a fighter while Conor did mountains of coke and lost every fight hes been in (beating a washed Cowboy doesnt count). How many loads have you cranked out to Conor? I'm gonna set the total at 678.5

This is what I said on this same thread:

I got fooled. All Conor fans got fooled. He was never a great fighter. A great mouth definitely. He conned Aldo and Dustin the first time worse then he conned me. I thought he might gas and lose on Sat night, but that Dustin would have to weather the storm. Dustin just beat his ass.

Does that sound like I'm kissing his ass? You dumbshit immature little keyboard warriors can't even follow 2-3 thoughts at the same time. Our educational system is failing and you're the goddamn proof!
