Legit concern for the unvaccinated. I know i at least 5 people who were unvaccinated, and got COVID over the 4th of July weekend. And I'm anti-liberal.
The Delta Variant: A legitimate concern or a way to maintain control?

#247If anything I would argue obesity has gone done since covid. People have had more free time in general. I would have to look up the statistics on that though but I would honestly expect to see it go downComment -

#250CNN would have you believe there is a 5% death rate.
Fox News would have you believe there is a 0% death rate.
Smart people know there is a risk, however it is very small. If you are old or obese you should get the shot because those people get affected by Covid worse. If you are young and healthy you likely don't need it but may as well get it if it adds a layer of protection.Comment -

#251Didnt say there was a national shutdown order. I said the house, senate and white house helped influence others in making decisions. Those members are both parties. Thats my point to this whole thing. You are talking semantics I'm saying that everyone was in agreement to try and curb it at first when people didnt know exactly what it would do. But this is what you do, it doesnt matter what I write you'll say something else and try and twist words and talk about the letter of the law. Its fine you do you Thomas
Is that what we are doing now? You spell things wrong in every post you have. My phone autocorrects piece to peace and thats your response? Is not even worth the time with you. Go on with your negative units you proved what I said earlier is right. You are incapable of having an adult conversation. Have a good night ThomasComment -

#254It's like china's social credit score system.
In america the state does it through companies dependent on the fed reserves printed money, so they can claim it's private companies forcing compliance when it's really the stateComment -

#260Stop the bs
Blacks and Hispanics, the races that statistically do the worst educationally, make up less than 3% of the Canadian population.
Also, why didn’t u finish your statistic? 20.6% report a mother tongue other than eng or French, but only 6.2% report speaking anything other than eng or French as their sole home language.Comment -

#261I don't know anyone that died from Covid in my circle. Medicines and treatments are better now also..
Should have never shut down the economy over this crap. The Covid shut downs and mask wearings for a year caused more damage then Covid ever did.

#264I voted in the concerned choice. The best playbook for this is the history of the Spanish Flu of 1918. That did not end in 1918 but dragged on into 1920. Only the naive would think the Covid situation is in a concluded state at this time. Its likely the worst may be behind us. Yet I'm not willing to bet my health or the health of my loved ones on the actions of Joe Public. Many of them can't see past their own nose and act accordingly. I've witnessed in first hand to many times to count.Comment -

#270Exactly. Find it weird people are petrified of the long-term effects of the vaccine but unconcerned of the long-term effects of the disease. The disease that we can see if leaving damage to lungs and heart and brain.Comment -

#272It's a flu type virus, there were always going to be variants.
Media controlled by the elites are trying to make it out like the zombie apocalypse is coming
It would be great if there were a way to protect the population and keep us all healthy. Unfortunately Big government and big pharma cannot be trusted to do that effectively or even have the population's best interest in mind.Comment -

#273Lmao. The serum institute in India is huge. They have the vaccine but too many people and way too hard to distribute. Another thing people don't get is that many people in India are antivaccine. I'm surprised that's possible because I heard only trump supporters are like that.Comment -

#277LMAO at this thread.
"The powerful trying to keep control"
Control of what? And if the powerful are already in "control" why do they need to do something to "keep" control?
Was their control threatened?
Why resort to this after 100 or more years of "control" without this?
