Yes, I recently requested a payout on 07/08/2021 for $4,300 is my first withdrawal request I have never cash out anything. I got email and SMS confirming the request for the withdrawal and is pending status for review they said it takes 24-48 hrs for process etc. Later on that day i wanted to see the status and they had Deactivated/ Closed for security purposes my account. I wasn't giving any notice until I tried logging into the account is how I found out. I contacted the help desk and hours later they replied with this: It's our pleasure to help with your inquiries. We apologize for any inconvenience regarding your account access.
After reviewing your account information, we are sorry to inform you that after an internal review handled by the Security Department, we have decided to close your account, the decision is final and will not be overturned.
Your understanding is really appreciated.
