As a side note. I love when bet365 has the same ML odds as pinnacle because they have a mercy rule where they payout if the team you back goes up by 20 points. That's huge in today's NBA. I wonder how much of an edge this actually gives the player. Like if Pinnacle is offering -200 and b365 is offering -250 maybe you should lay it with Pinnacle, but @-230? At what point does it become more profitable to lay the extra juice for the 20-point mercy rule.

Wow, that's insane. Bet365 offers it for the entire NBA season. 14 is definitely something to take advantage though. I feel like with that rule you almost have to bet the ML over the spread. It's just too much value. This applies more so for favourites but also if you're gonna bet a +2-3 dog you might as well ML them, especially with a promo like that.
