As far as I know you keep 2 or 3k of your points when you go pro. But not entirely sure. It seems us Europeans can't go pro (not that it has any benefits for us anyways) so I'm not too sure how that works but I recall that you keep 2-3k points.

I am a Canadian so my bias is probably showing here with Shapo. Especially after our best hope (Andreescu) crapped the bed in the first round as the 6th seed.

I think you can transfer points, but only a tiny amount each day.
