clean the clubs but main reason....

the only advice the golfer can get during a round is from the caddy

you want him to hear everything you are thinking or what the coach is telling the player

plus, lets say you are working on a draw and it isnt going well...

a draw goes farther than a straight shot....but you, the caddy, notice the player isnt hitting a draw very well on the range

so when you are on the course and have a draw yardage to a left flag but the caddy knows you arent hitting it well, might give some other advice...like hitting it 15 feet right with a straight shot

you either need to find someone that wants to be "the best caddy ever" or a caddy willing to work for $400/hr instead of the usual rate of $2000/hr

When Tucker wasn’t on DeChambeau’s bag, the former Bandon Dunes caddie was working on a new Bandon Dunes-based luxury bus transportation business called Loop, which is due to launch in August.

“We were really tired. The season; the tour schedule was grinding on us, grinding on me. I knew I was working on this business on the side; we’ve had a very intense relationship where he works a lot of hours,” he said. “It was a little bit of me not being 100 percent healthy and happy…we made the best decision for the both of us.”
