I read up on the body and diet.

Must pound expensive real Tequila, raw lemon and raw garlic daily.. Will kill colds, Covid, relationships and maybe even cancer if you really pound all 3 daily. That's all I got!!!

I dont notice anything good or bad so Ill just hope it helps






i take a multi with iron, fish oil, that above, glucosamine/condroitin, and certain other micronutrients when i know im going to eat like shit for the day....dead serious

Im actually very serious about proper exercise and nutrition

But, I do buy things to be safe instead of sorry later

1. This and fish oil...no clue if it works

2. glucosamine/condroitin...seems to help me when I squat

3. Multi - obviously helps getting micros but I make sure to get one with IRON. I have restless leg syndrome sometimes and that fukkin iron helps a ton but you dont want to take this on an empty stomach

4. whey protein/creatine - just for the ladies


5. testosterone - just for the men incase i get sent to jail i can look like a badass


6. gallon of water every day is key. trust me. just chug 32oz 4 times a day to practice for the weekends when its beer

i got bloodwork and pissed in a cup to have whatever checked


no signs of liver problem but not sure how you check "fatty liver" so if either isnt a way, then no?

I actually do drink alot. Doc didnt say anything about my liver enzymes. Maybe it works or maybe its just my genetics. I dont know?

I used to drink more than just a lot....blood tests said I had fatty liver, but I didn't feel any bad effects.....and then the effects started to appear... My doc was very conservative and has retired... But I dated a divorced woman whose husband was dieing from liver failure (Alcohol related) he had quit and his doc recommended Milk Thistle supplement. I don't know if he died or what.

I take it every other day in the morning for about a year now. I read up on it, seems like it will help. Liver aid vitamins why not. It's just specific liver targeted vitamins. Can't hurt.

Truth to that. What if you like the drink alot?

Wine and Tequila has health benefits in moderation. Key word is MODERATION when it comes to the drink.
