Back pass to the goalie..goalie got distracted by bugs and missed the ball and it ended up in his net.

Saw the slow motion own goal in a Haiti qualifying game recently as well.

Is this the modern goalie equivalent of the lazy modern MLB guys who slow up before reaching first when there is a perceived out. Of course every month or so, a bobble results in an out that they should have been safe at first on an error.
