So I transfer money to other players, no problem. Transfer takes a minute. Then anyone that tries to send it back to me, denied. I talk to player services. They don't tell me why I can't get money back or anything. F- book. Fuking clown show. Can't talk to a manager, just some dumbass that doesn't know shit. Customer service a pile of garbage. Fuk them. Don't play there.

They've been charging me 10% fees, when it says I will be charged 5.9%.
They claim it's my bank/cc.
Called my cc and they said we don't charge any international fees at all. And if you see any currency exchanges, it's usually fractions of a percent.
I told Bovada it's your third party processor that's doing it. And they basically told me to fukk off and use bitcoin.

Bovada has definitely gone downhill. They clearly do everything in their power to prevent winners from cashing out. Not sure why they're dropping the ball as so many competitors are rising up in the States, but that's how bad businesses lose their market position.
Anyway, SBR definitely needs to re-evaluate that bogus A+ rating. Not sure how much Bovada is paying for that, but let's get real here, Bovada is probably more in the C range at this point. You can still get your money more often than not, but you gotta jump through hoops now and they're far too quick to limit you if you're successful. That being said, the bonuses are still pretty good. So, I'd say it averages out to about a C.Comment -
