If you click the settings on the YouTube video there are subtitles available in English.
There was originally a 5 minute video of him driving at migrants and shouting obscenities. YouTube has since taken it down. The driver was sacked and prosecuted. I'm sure you can Google "Hungarian driver Calais" and get the story if you're interested. It made the main UK news at the time. I was working as a HGV driver in and out of the UK's South Coast ports at the time so I remember it pretty well.
