Lue occasionally makes quality adjustments in both scheme and personnel, but he takes so damn long doing so... I mean WTF, this series feels like it should be a split right now but here the Clips are again, down 0-2. That's what I stated earlier in a different thread... The numbers aren't substantiated by the eye test. Marcus Morris for instance was 47.3% from distance during the regular season. That's a phenomenal number, 2nd in the entire league in fact only to Joe Harris. But you watch the guy shoot and he looks like every other power forward in the league, he doesn't stroke it well at all really. Jackson is streaky as hell and you can tell he's not a pure shooter because when he misses, he misses badly. Leonard has his moments, but his shot always looks flat coming off his hands, he's much more deadly in the midrange game. Their best pure shooter is Kennard and his minutes are limited because the Jazz hunt him on the defensive end anytime he's in the game.Originally posted by jtoler
