Some US books have given "bad beat" type wins in the past. Usually because of a bad call or a crazy play at the end. Stuff like that. They still pay actual winners also, obviously. Business decision for good PR.

once you passed the pre-tourney test, you only got tested again if your temperature was high or told them you didnt feel good
