The end of the weekend traffic home from Vegas to LA Is brutal every single time. It took me 8 hrs in January when barely anyone was there. The traffic blows nearly every time heading back

Vegas could stand to downsize. They got so much packed into such a small radius it’s aggravating. Plus with sports betting legal in half the country no need to go sweat your balls off down there this time of year.

They are opening a tourist friendly limited or no fee 5 star resort too.

Vegas will probably boom in the immediate future with the Covid release cooped up crowd. Not sure if it will last though?

If Vegas wants to get back to the norm again over the long term they better start offering some great hotel deals, ditch the hotel tax and pay to stay parking fees that always rapes you on the way out and leaves a bad taste in your mouth.

It's all those little add on crap stuff that always pisses off the regular degens when checking out after they lost their assses gambling and get the bill..

Gamblers all over the world got a good taste of the online gambling option during this past covid year now. My two cents.

Good point but I read up on it and stay informed on the financial and real estate trends, have friends that own mall strips in Vegas and I get the low down. Don't have to go or live there to see the writings on the wall bud.

Sportsbooks are the least profitable game for Vegas. They're outperformed by an order of magnitude by slots alone.
