Tough to do anything top level when your neck hurts.

But running and cardio can help it a bit. Bouncing and jumping around not so much.

He had pain down the arm too so a strain like that, if it's just a strain sucks to deal with.

When he rests it will be that much harder to get going until he finally can't get going one time. He probably needs rest, but can survive without it.

He defiinitely needs rest if he's going to want to be around next couple of games.
