Leadership is considered a skill too imo, it's part of the formula when assessing best player. That's why Brady is the best qb in the league still today, because he brings out the best in his teammates. That's the definition of a great player. Can you make your teammates better. Brady doesn't have the best arm anymore, but everything else, iq, leadership, comradarie, motivating guys properly, uniquely, clutchness, is why he's the goat.
