I ended the chat, and got back on with a new rep. He was even worse than the first one. I just closed it right away. Then they have the nerve after you exit the chat to pop up a survey. Fuk them

Maybe, the bet was not really there if you would have tried to play it? May not have confirmed. What customer service says is worth nothing when push comes to shove. If cs tells your wrong - there is no way the book will back that up and make it right to you.

So, the onus is on us to figure it up by backing it up based on what other books are doing. Everybody else has the game pulled / you have to leave it alone.
