Piler- go to your settings/safari/block pop ups and then also "clear history and website data" and it will go away. Scroll down to find clear history/website data. Let me know if that does the trick.

I think it's only happening on iPhones. I have both a motorola and iphone and been only getting pop ups on the iphone.
